About Me

I have postgraduate degrees in Social Sciences (Economics & Mass Communication) with 21 years of experience including 15 years of Senior Management Positions in Development Sector, Project Designing, Management & Execution Community Development & Empowerment t through Community Partnership. I have also been working in Project Management & Execution, PME & R, Report & Proposal Writing, etc. I have also good relationship & understanding with Communities Organizations (Cos), Village Development Organizations (VDOs) & Local Support Organizations (LSOs) working at the grass root level.

I have experience of both national & international NGOs (Creative Associates International, USAID, ILO, ADB, WB, WFP, UNICEF, Plan Pakistan, Save the Children, PPAF, Education Department, Labor Department, etc.) in the fields of Community Empowerment, Livestock, Physical Infrastructures, Capacity Building, Social Sector Services, etc.

               

As Regional Monitoring Professional (M & E) in National Rural Support Program (NRSP), I supervised “Prime Minister Initiative for Livestock (PMIL)” in five districts of Punjab (Mianwali, Khushab, Bkukhur, Sargodha & Jhang). While I was in Punjab Rural Support Program (PRSP) – Head Office, I coordinated the same project in 27 districts of Punjab including Layyah. PMIL envisaged addressing issues of inadequate and poor quality of feed and fodder, limited animal health coverage, widespread breeding of genetically inferior livestock, outdated and limited marketing facilities, lack of awareness and education. During my professional career, I completed the following projects as Project Manager, Regional Professional (Monitoring Evaluation & Research) and Project Coordinator,
